A small, friendly credit management company is looking for a reliable and organised administrator to join our team and manage debt collection cases. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible hours or working around school schedules.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide general administrative support across departments
• Proactively chasing invoices/overdue accounts via phone, email, and written communication on behalf of clients
• Manage multiple tasks independently
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience is a plus, but not essential – we’ll provide full training
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player
