As a Governance and Business Performance Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our corporate governance and performance frameworks are world-class, supporting the delivery of a low-carbon future.The RoleReporting into the Corporate Operations Directorate, this role is central to driving strategic clarity, operational efficiency, and governance excellence across Sizewell C. You’ll lead the development and implementation of performance monitoring frameworks, oversee the review of key corporate documentation, and ensure alignment with regulatory and strategic objectives. Sizewell C was formerly under the majority ownership of the EDF Group but is currently majority owned by HM Government and operates as an independent company. EDF remains a key shareholder in Sizewell C and the business therefore maintains close links to EDF as a part of its ‘nuclear family’.
