Summary

Join Kier as an Information Coordinator and play a key role in delivering digital excellence across our projects.

You'll help ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act, supporting our “Digital by Default” approach and contributing to safe, efficient project delivery.

This role specifically will be joining a Major Project in the Life Science sector in Warwick.

Location: Solihull/WarwickBusiness Unit: Kier Strategic ProjectsWorking Hours: Full Time Permanent (Flexible working available) What will you be doing?
-Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle

-Train and support users across project teams and third parties

-Validate and curate project documentation to meet Kier and industry standards

-Maintain file naming protocols and ensure adherence to project procedures

-Generate reports and support digital dashboards

-Collaborate with stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices

What skills will you possess?
-Experience with EDMS (Asite preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools

-Strong communication skills across multidisciplinary teams

-Ability to manage large volumes of data and ensure accuracy

-A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to train others
