Summary

Job Title: Site Labourer / General Operative

Location: Sunderland

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Site Labourers to work on various upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting tradespeople (e.g., joiners, bricklayers, plasterers) on site.

Keeping the site clean and tidy, ensuring a safe working environment.

Loading, unloading, and distributing materials and equipment.

Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.

Following all health and safety regulations.

Performing other general duties as directed by the Site Manager.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card is essential.

Previous experience on a construction site is highly desirable.

Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Full UK Driving Licence is a plus, but not essential.

Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience).

Monday to Friday 39 hours
