Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Temp basis with potential of permanent role for the right candidate.
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Labourer/Fettler to join their flexible team.
The role involves working on anodes and contributing to the aesthetic and structural quality of metal components. This is a hands-on position requiring general labouring experience, including the use of tools. Training will be provided for the right individual, but prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on metal anodes, ensuring they meet aesthetic and quality standards.
* General labouring tasks, including the use of tools to shape, refine, and assemble metal components.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work-space in line with health and safety regulations.
* Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving materials as required.
* Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Previous general labouring experience.
* Practical knowledge and experience using tools in a professional setting.
Desirable:
* Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
* Experience in metalwork or working within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
