Parts Administrator – Herne Bay
They are currently recruiting for a Parts Administrator to join our growing parts operation, distributing Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat and Vauxhall parts for the Group.
The role requires the accurate processing of information, often against tight deadlines, and you will be providing a vital support for our parts team. The ideal candidate will be efficient, well-organised and have a keen eye for detail. A proficient ability in the use of spreadsheets is required.
The role will involve the following and training will be provided in these areas:
• To process customer orders
• To provide back order reporting information to customers
• To process parts returns and raise credit notes
• To process warranty returns and surcharges
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be reliable, self-motivated and confident using computer applications. Previous experience within the motor trade, with use of key systems such as DRIVE (previously Kerridge / Autoline) and PSA Service Box would be an advantage, although not a necessity as full training will be given.
This is a full-time position, the hours of work are 8.30am until 5.30pm, Monday – Friday.
National Living Wage rate of pay.
Own transport is required due to rural location.
