About the role
This is an exciting time to join City College Norwich working within the Registry team across all three sites, to provide a comprehensive support service to our students and colleagues across the College.

You will manage and take responsibility for the accuracy, compliance and conduct of examinations and manage a team of invigilators ensuring the College meets JCQ rules and regulations.

This will include maintenance of a large student database and the interrogation of the data contained within it, as well as making entries, preparing examinations, producing timetables, and tracking achievements.

You will provide a high-level service to a wide range of customers including students, academic staff and other external stakeholders.

About you
You will have a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent), and a business administration qualification (or equivalent experience). You will have proven organisational skills and experience of handling complex datasets and systems and enjoy working as part of a team with a customer service focus.
