Summary
Are you an experienced Administrator available for an immediate 12-week temporary contract?
We are working with a well-established large international manufacturing company for a temporary administrator on an initial 3-month assignment based in Newton le Willows. Extensions may be possible.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
- You will be responsible for inputting high volumes of data/sales orders
- Allocating correct company codes to the items
- Inputting / data processing the orders
- Ensuring details are inputted correctly on the system
- E-mailing order confirmation
- Accurately inputting data on multiple systems
- Creating reports on excel
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- If you have excellent order processing experience
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven history of working in administrative roles
- Ideally with an excellent grasp of technology and able to pick up new systems.
- If you have exposure to SAP that would be beneficial, training will be given
