• Proficient in using legal case management systems and digital files

What will your role look like?

• Independently manage a caseload of NIHL claims (pre- and post-litigation)

• Draft legal documents, including letters of claim, particulars of claim, schedules of loss, and witness statements
• Engage in negotiations with defendants and insurers to secure appropriate settlements
• Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the litigation process
• Ensure compliance with relevant protocols, limitation deadlines, and procedural requirements
• Maintain accurate records using the firm’s case management system

What can you expect in return?

• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
• Exposure to high-quality, specialist NIHL work
• A supportive and expert team environment
