The job holder reports directly to the HEO Product Specialist (Vocational) and is responsible for the administration of all aspects of the Delegated Examiner service. They act as main point of contact for Delegated Examiner organisations and individuals and are responsible for processing Delegated Examiners’ registrations and payments. The role holder is responsible for ensuring Delegated Examiner management information is up to date and provides information and recommendations for re-registrations to senior managers.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Act as the main contact for Delegated Examiners, handling queries, processing registrations, payments, and offering tailored solutions based on organisational needs.
  • Organise and deliver Periodic Training workshops, track attendance, take payments, and ensure training records and examiner supervision are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor test volumes and compliance, provide updates to senior management, and recommend re-registrations based on gathered performance data.
  • Communicate legislative and DT1 changes to Delegated Authorities, and maintain key databases, including the MoD system and quarterly invoicing.
  • Carry out all actions relating to organisations and individuals applying for DCPC Module 4 assessor.
  • Respond to all correspondence, enquires and complaints (including FOIs and Subject Access Requests) received by the Technical Support Team, both written and telephone by directing to appropriate staff where applicable.
