One Property Recruitment is proud to be supporting a leading Build-to-Rent operator in the search for a Resident Services Manager for their flagship development in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation that is redefining the rental experience in the UK.

As Resident Services Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of this vibrant residential community. You’ll lead an on-site team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the smooth running of all resident services in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Resident Services Team (RST) and front-of-house operations.
Deliver an exceptional resident experience through all communication channels.
Monitor and enhance service standards using resident feedback and NPS data.
Oversee seamless resident move-ins and move-outs.
Create and implement resident engagement plans and community initiatives.
Manage and resolve resident complaints and service requests.
Collaborate with the lettings team to optimise rental performance.
Maintain budgetary control over operational and capex budgets.
Oversee contractors and ensure high standards of communal area maintenance.
Conduct regular building inspections and ensure compliance with procedures.
Prepare and present monthly KPI reports.
Provide front desk and RSA cover when required.

Ideal Candidate:
A-Level education or equivalent (IRPM Level 2+ desirable).
Proven leadership experience in residential property, hospitality, or hotel management.
Strong knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Understanding of landlord/tenant legislation.
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Experience in compiling reports and presenting performance data.
