One Property Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Build-to-Rent operator in the search for an Assistant Resident Services Manager at their stunning Silver Yard development in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join a forward-thinking organisation that is transforming the rental experience across the UK.

As Assistant Resident Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Resident Services Manager in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. You’ll help lead the on-site team, contribute to community engagement, and ensure residents enjoy a seamless and high-quality living experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver front-line services including reception, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings, and resident support.
Ensure smooth and timely resident move-ins and move-outs.
Lead the Resident Services Team to achieve positive reviews and customer satisfaction scores.
Promote and support the annual Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey.
Conduct in-tenancy inspections and resident visits.
Liaise with contractors and ensure high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
Monitor rental performance and contribute to financial targets.
Assist with operational reporting and attend meetings in the RSM’s absence.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience managing or supporting a successful team (desirable).
Background in property, hospitality, or travel & tourism (essential).
Awareness of health & safety requirements and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
Experience in event coordination or business/private functions (beneficial).
Positive, resilient, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering great outcomes.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Qualifications in property or customer service (advantageous).
