About the Role

As a Secondary School Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across the secondary school curriculum. You'll plan and prepare lessons, assess student learning, and provide constructive feedback to help students thrive. Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment is key, and you'll collaborate closely with other teachers and staff to ensure the smooth running of the school. Beyond the classroom, you'll have opportunities to participate in school events and contribute to the ongoing development of our curriculum and teaching practices.

We're Looking for You If:

  • You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • You possess excellent classroom management skills, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities.

  • You are passionate about education and committed to student success.

  • You're a team player, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the wider school community.

  • A strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum is essential, and experience with specific subject specialisms would be a definite advantage.
