What you will be doing:
Provide essential administrative support across Resourcing, Temporary Staffing, and the Service Centre, with a strong focus on visa and right-to-work compliance for permanent, fixed-term, and temporary workers.
Lead on tracking and recording all visa types and end dates for all permanent, fixed-term, and temporary workers.
Maintain accurate records and assist with internal audits for sponsored workers and all visa holders.
Deliver high-quality service and take responsibility for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding new starters, processing payroll changes, contractual changes, family leave, and managing leavers.
Act as the first point of contact for the provision of professional support to staff and managers on a range of HR queries.
Qualifications/ experience:
NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject, or equivalent level of experience
Level 2 GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Experience with UKVI compliance.
Experience working in an HR-related administrative role.
Experience working in a busy administrative role with competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Experience working with HR and payroll systems
