More detail about the role Individuals will need to demonstrate robust project governance skills, while also evidencing problem solving abilities to support teams in identifying root causes of issues. Providing project management coaching to our wider staff will form part of this role, as well as evidencing an agile and responsive project management approach to facilitate successful delivery within resources. Experience of leading multiple projects and managing a wider range of staff needs to be evidenced within the application. Details of the varied types of projects managed should be given, including any experience in delivering corporate and strategic transformation projects. Experience of writing and developing business cases, board reports, impact assessments and project governance methodology is essential, while evidence of strategy development is desirable Good team working, excellent communication skills and remaining professional at all times, are essential. As senior managers, we work autonomously with senior leaders across a matrix project framework. You will lead project delivery internally, as well as across One Devon and the Peninsular. Evidence of system working with multiple organisations scoping, implementing and delivering complex projects is required. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, inclusive of a 3.6% pay award which will be implemented later this year. If you join before the implementation date, the pay award will be backdated to your start date.
