Summary
Main Responsibilities Support the CTA Model: Maintain the integrity of the Care Team Approach by contributing to its collaborative and client-centered framework. Risk Reduction: Help reduce risks associated with clients who do not engage with services, supporting the Trusts commitment to safe and effective care. Continuity of Care: Ensure continuity in service delivery during staff absences, such as the current long-term sick leave of the team nurse. Service Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of the psychosis pathway, which is under national review due to serious incidents. Budget Awareness: Operate within the financial constraints of the service, acknowledging that the post is recurrently funded and contributes to the overall run rate.
