We’re recruiting for a Support Cleaner to join our mobile cleaning team, supporting service delivery across a range of sites within the region.
This varied role offers the opportunity to carry out a wide mix of cleaning tasks - from standard day-to-day cleaning to deeper, scheduled cleans such as bi-monthly, quarterly, and six-month routines.
Job Description
You’ll travel between different locations as part of your working day, helping to ensure sites remain clean, compliant, and welcoming.
From covering unmanned sites to stepping in during staff holidays or carrying out detailed cleans (like inside cupboards, carpets or hard flooring), this role offers plenty of variety and the chance to work as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all cleaning operations and periodic cleaning to meet 100% of client specifications
Respond to Sector Manager requests and maintain professional relationships
Adhere to all client security procedures and site protocols
Train new staff on cleaning, waste, and lock-up procedures
Ensure storerooms are tidy and stock levels are maintained
Log site visits and use time and attendance systems correctly
Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to travel with occasional overnight
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Flexible with working hours and travel as part of the working day
Experienced in cleaning across various environments using a range of equipment
Comfortable completing all aspects of cleaning tasks
Ideally has previous experience in a mobile cleaning role
No formal qualifications required; experience is essential
