We're working with a respected North London-based social housing provider that's committed to delivering safe, high-quality living environments for its residents. They're now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their FRA & Special Projects team - someone who thrives on meaningful work and is ready to take ownership of high-impact projects.
About the Role:
As part of a dedicated team, you'll oversee Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works and support the delivery of key special projects across the housing stock. From initial surveys to contractor oversight and final handover, you'll be instrumental in ensuring safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed building surveys with a focus on FRA-related improvements.
- Specify, procure, and manage remedial works.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and fire safety consultants.
- Monitor quality, progress, and budgets across multiple live projects.
- Provide technical input on special projects linked to safety, compliance, and asset improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Surveyor in housing or public sector environments.
- Strong knowledge of FRA works, building compliance, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Ideally working towards (or holding) RICS, CIOB, or similar professional accreditation.
