Summary
Delivering excellent customer service, the post holder will be responsible for handling temporary staffing requests, ensuring shifts are filled promptly and framework agreements. They will manage communications with departments and agencies, maintain accurate records through the Trusts rostering systems (BankStaff) and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and a high level of administrative accuracy to ensure that compliant, qualified staff are deployed. The post holder will be responsible for processing booking confirmations, and supporting audit and reporting functions. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels are essential for success in this role. While not essential, previous experience with temporary staffing, rostering systems, or healthcare administration would be advantageous. The post holder will be based at our Worthing site, with occasional travel to other Trust sites as required.
