Summary
Day to day duties as a New Homes Sales Negotiator:
- Negotiate deals and close sales with clients
- Generate leads and provide insight to interested parties.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the purchase period until successful handover.
What they are looking for:
- 2-5 years of New Homes Sales Experience
- Knowledge of the local area
- Experience of the complete sales process from initial interest to handover of a new home.
In return they are offering:
- 25,000 - 30,000 basic + commission (OTE of up to £65,000)
- On-site parking
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
