What to expect
As an Onsite Trainer you will be responsible for delivering retail class training within our Post Office network. This will include inducting new Postmasters and being onsite for openings to ensure the smoothest of transitions. You will work with existing branches to provide training where required or requested and ensure all training documentation is received in branch.



This is a field-based role so a full driving license is a must; as you take ownership in delivering the area training plan, making follow up visits to ensure any training interventions are tracked through to resolution.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will need to have experience using the Horizon system. In addition, you will also require the following:



• Experience working in a training capacity

• Good understanding of current Post Office systems and processes

• Excellent organisational skills including the ability to plan and prioritise workloads

• Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written skills
