Job Description

Working at St Paul’s RC Academy, St John's High School or Baldragon Academy, you will work either full time or part-time on a temporary basis until July 2026.

Requirements

You will have ​3 National 4s, or equivalent, to include English and Maths, with a current first aid certificate and food hygiene qualification or be willing to gain this.

Responsibilities

As part of a cohesive support team, you will provide practical and clerical support service throughout the school day. You will provide support within the school office and practical subject departments throughout the school.

The Individual

You will have relevant experience in a busy office, including phones/reception, email and printing, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word along with experience of working with young people or customers.

You will have good written and verbal communication skills the ability to maintain confidentiality, to work as part of a team and work with minimum supervision with a willingness to undertake training.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council .
