Payroll Administrator

We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our friendly HR team, based at our London office, providing payroll support
across all our sites.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Payroll Administrator with strong reporting and analytical skills.

Location: London, Battersea

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum



Your objectives:

* To accurately capture payroll information by collecting, calculating and inputting data on our integrated HR & Payroll system.
* To ensure the successful processing of the monthly payroll and review pre and post commit payroll reports.
* To be the first point of contact for Line Manager and employees on all payroll queries.
* To action daily administrative tasks within the wider HR department.



Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll including starters, leavers, contract changes, salary
increases etc., using our outsourced payroll system ADP iHCM.
* Deal with queries from employees relating to pay and benefits, escalating more complex enquiries to our payroll provider.
* Create and run reports and analysis for various stakeholders.
* Carry out ‘Right to Work’ checks for new starters and monitor expiry dates of Visas/ Residence Permits.
* Maintain and manage pension administration and liaise with our pension provider Aviva
* Administer all holiday and absence records.
* Support the Financial Director in the end of tax year processing, including P60’s and P11D’s.
* Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
* Maintaining and updating electronic personnel files.
* Supporting key projects within the HR team as required.



Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

* Proactive and have experience in working in a fast-paced HR/Payroll Department
* A flexible & resilient approach to work
* Great attention to detail, enjoy processing a range of data to tight deadlines
* Naturally collaborative, willing to ‘roll up your sleeves and take on any task
* A strong communicator, able to develop and build relationships with a range of people
* Discrete and professional, able to handle confidential information
* A problem solver who is focused on business solutions
* You can adapt to changing needs while delivering to tight and conflicting deadlines
* Able to prioritize own tasks/ multi-task



Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in an administrative payroll role with experience of ADP iHCM
* Strong data analysis, proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
* Ability to manage and maintain a wide range of information, keen eye for detail
