Summary

What will you be doing?
- As a Digital Transformation Manager, you'll work across your Customer Sites
- using advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burden our operational teams face by automating the back office system.
- You'll also work with the onsite management team to improve the quality and use of data to achieve operational and client requirements.
- You will own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper processes and activity and support national project rollouts.
- Deliver product roadmaps with the support of the central operational systems team.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure that data and reporting are effectively used to improve the efficiency and performance of the services.
- Using the latest advances in technology you will optimise efficiency and drive improvements through smarter use of existing systems or innovative application of new technology.
- Develop and implement technology to drive the digitisation of our services, helping to remove paper-based processes and automate processes as much as possible.
- Support the implementation of our digital training strategy to deliver operational end-user training.
- Support our teams with service changes, which drive efficiency through routing improvements, using spatial (GIS) technology to assist.
- Manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis and as part of work on our operational systems.
What are we looking for?
- Able to work independently.
- Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
- You will have a high problem-solving ability.
- Solid relationship management and excellent communication skills, to provide information confidently and enable the end-user to understand complex data analysis. (The ability to make the complex simple for end users).
- Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets.
