Responsibilities:- Perform electrical assembly, inspection, and testing of high-spec products.
- Certify products in line with internal quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturing procedures and safety protocols.
- Use a wide range of tools, gauges, and measuring instruments.
- Complete and verify all manufacturing documentation.
- Promote best practices and maintain high workmanship standards.
- Completed a recognised technical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3, HNC, TR23/TR21, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in electrical manufacturing or similar environments.
- Strong team player with excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and quality-focused.
