Summary

Electrical Manufacturing Technician - Exciting Opportunity at a Leading Technology Company

Rate: £19.50-£22PH or £26.19-£29.57PH via Umbrella

Location: Stevenage

Duration: 12-months


As an Electrical Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production, repair, and modification of the company's cutting-edge products. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assembly, inspection, and testing, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Certify the product in line with the company's certification procedures
- Maintain product certification and approval through regular audits
- Demonstrate a versatile skill set, capable of applying your expertise across a range of manufacturing tasks
- Proficiently utilize a variety of equipment, tools, gauges, and measuring instruments associated with the production cycle
- Ensure that manufacturing build, inspection, and test times are consistently met
- Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation related to the manufacturing process
- Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and product quality
- Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment
- Communicate best practices and share knowledge with team members

Qualifications and Experience:

- Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21/HNC or equivalent
- Extensive experience as a skilled Electrical Manufacturing Technician, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities
