As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you'll work closely with individual students and small groups—helping them overcome barriers to learning, stay motivated, and prepare confidently for success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions for KS4 pupils
• Supporting academic progress, motivation, and study skills
• Helping pupils manage emotional, behavioural, or social challenges
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to implement support plans
• Promoting attendance, punctuality, and engagement in learning
• Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult during a key life stage
