What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting the class teacher in a Key Stage 2 classroom (Years 3–6)
• Leading small group sessions and 1:1 interventions in English, maths and topic work
• Promoting pupil engagement, independence and resilience in learning
• Supporting pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs
• Helping with classroom organisation, resources, and learning displays
• Encouraging positive behaviour, social skills and emotional wellbeing
Ideal KS2 Teaching Assistant For This Lewisham School:

• Friendly, proactive and confident in supporting upper primary learners
