About the role
We are seeking passionate Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners experienced in pain management to join our multidisciplinary Chronic Pain service.
You will play a central role in the MDT, deliver specialist pain physiotherapy assessments and interventions, contribute to the design of innovative care pathways, and support group-based pain management programmes within a psychologically informed framework. You will work alongside consultants in pain management, psychologists, and clinical nurse specialists to provide holistic, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct specialist assessments and deliver advanced interventions (in-person and remotely).
- Co-facilitate the delivery of remote group pain management programmes.
- Contribute to pathway development, patient education, and webinars.
- Collaborate effectively within the MDT and with external partners.
- Support service evaluation, audit, and continuous improvement.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
- Degree in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration, CSP eligibility.
- Significant advanced-level physiotherapy experience in chronic pain.
- Experience in psychologically informed practice (ACT, CBT).
- Group intervention and MDT working experience.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate pain management training.
- Digital care and remote delivery experience.
- UK driving licence or ability to travel across service sites
Additional Requirements
