Summary

Administrative Assistant - Grangemouth (3-Month Contract)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team based in Grangemouth on a 3-month contract.

Location: Grangemouth
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Commercial Director
  • Assist with the valuation processes of contracts / drawings and plots
  • Handle payments, invoicing, and processing of certificates
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Be responsible for manual archiving and ensure efficient record keeping and archiving practices
  • Manage data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Respond to emails and telephone enquiries professionally
  • Support day-to-day office operations as required

? Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in record keeping and archiving, including manual systems
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with invoicing, payments, or contract administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
