Job Responsibilities
Marketing & PR
―Lead the marketing and PR strategy to promote Creative Works’ memberships, services, and community ethos.
―Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
―Support the development and implementation of SEO and PPC strategies in collaboration with the IT team, with a solid understanding of best practices.
―Maintain the CW website and social media channels, ensuring all content is on-brand and regularly updated.
―Create engaging content for digital platforms to support lead generation and CW visibility.
―Produce quarterly Sales & Marketing reports for the BCC board.
―Build relationships with brokers and external networks to drive membership sales.
―Promote internal and external use of meeting rooms, event spaces, and training suites.
―Weekly Newsletter creation: from strategy to content
Sales & Community Engagement
―Respond to sales enquiries and support the sales process.
―Attend local creative and business networking events to grow the tenant pipeline.
―Work with BCT staff to promote apprenticeships, adult training, and work experience opportunities to new and existing members.
―Introduce new members to the community, supporting their integration and encouraging engagement with events and services.
Job Responsibilities (Continued)
Events & Programming
―Plan and deliver Creative Works' social events programme.
―Co-ordinate business support events in partnership with the BIPC, ensuring alignment with tenant needs.
―Organise and manage in-house and external events, including compliance with licensing conditions.
―Occasionally work out of hours for events, when required.
Front of House & Member Services
―Collaborate and support the receptionist to deliver an excellent front-of-house experience.
―Personally welcome and onboard new members, including H&S induction, Nexudus training, and provision of welcome materials.
―Ensure daily handovers and task lists are maintained and followed.
―Register and respond to internal and external client needs in a timely and professional manner.
―Ensure all members and visitors comply with CW’s health & safety and house rules.
Operations & Administration
―Maintain the Nexudus CRM system (occupancy, bookings, invoicing, floorplans, integrations).
―Issue licence agreement documents and ensure they are completed and filed accurately
―Support room bookings and calendar management via the CRM system.
―Liaise with the Facilities Manager regarding maintenance and client requests.
―Collaborate with the IT team to resolve client tech and comms issues
―Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure operational systems are kept up to date.
Salary and Days of Work
―31.5 hours across 4.5 days a week for 52 weeks per year
―Pro rata of 25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays
―This is a fixed-term part-time position until Jul 2026 (10 month maternity cover contract)
―Start Date Oct 2025
