Summary

We are seeking an experienced and confident Nursery Manager to lead a dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven leader committed to excellence in early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall management of the nursery, including compliance, staffing, and standards
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and education
• Ensure full adherence to Ofsted requirements and EYFS framework
• Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and external partners
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher (Level 5+ preferred)
• Proven experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and statutory frameworks
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
