Summary
Recruitment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a respected nursery in Eastcote for the role of Deputy Nursery Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced leader to play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy and high-performing nursery setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Nursery Manager with operational duties
• Lead and mentor the staff team
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and Ofsted standards
• Promote an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• Previous experience as a Deputy or senior leadership role in a nursery
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
