Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a reputable nursery in Eastcote.
We are looking for an experienced Preschool Room Leader with a Montessori qualification to lead a dynamic and passionate team in the preschool room.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the preschool team in daily operations
• Plan and deliver Montessori activities in line with EYFS
• Ensure a high standard of learning, development, and care
• Foster strong relationships with parents and colleagues
Requirements:
• Montessori qualification (essential)
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting
• In-depth understanding of EYFS and Montessori practice
