Summary
Supporting clinical and operational teams to deliver an efficient and effective outpatient service. Acting as senior administration support for designated clinicians, interfacing between other relevant teams to resolve issues and coordinate patient pathways. Acting as point of contact for patients who have queries in relation to their pathway, require clinic input etc. Ensuring their query is dealt with accordingly and responded to swiftly. This may include conveying complex information and ensuring that the outcome is understood. Setting up outpatient clinics inclusive of booking / cancelling rooms and assisting operational teams with clinic template arrangements. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, using negotiation skills to achieve the desired outcome. Please refer to attached Job description for further information.
