About the role
As a catering manager, you will manage the catering provision within the site to deliver a quality service and to ensure that all residents nutritional needs are met whilst respecting the choice of the individual and promoting health and wellbeing. You will be managing the efficiency, hygiene and safety in the catering area and you will also organise and supervise the work of other staff working in the kitchen. You will maintain the correct HACCP principles in all catering areas and ensure all legislative standards are met. You will help maintain the atmosphere and practice of care, based on the values of Methodist Homes.
