Summary

Business Process Specialist

Location: Gillingham, Dorset

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Working hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday- Friday, hybrid remote after training (2 day in the office)

Contract type: fixed term, initially until the end of the year

Start Date: ASAP

In this position you manage and process customer orders and provide information about products, services and order status. Proceed improvement initiatives, challenge processes and seek new opportunities to increase customer relations efficiently. All training will be provided.

What you will be doing:

As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a vital role in designing, delivering, and leading process improvements that support our Customer Excellence teams. Your focus will be on ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining best-in-class quality. You will troubleshoot & monitor system and process issues, utilizing a root cause analysis (RCA) approach to identify trends and eliminate underlying problems.

In this role, you will analyse processes holistically to gauge their value to end-users and assess the potential impact of changes. You will actively engage with end-users and management to gather insights on business needs and requirements, ensuring that feedback on process performance is collected and utilized effectively. Your responsibilities will also include creating, sustaining, and reviewing process documentation to maintain governance across the organization.

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience with business process design and implementation.
• 4+ years professional experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years professional experience in a business facing process improvement, project management or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related business or education fields is preferred.
• Fluent in English, other EU languages are preferred.

Previous experience working in a customer facing environment or working with CRM/supply chain processes is desirable.
