London Bridge (with travel across London)

Hyde is looking to recruit an Estate Services Contracts Manager.

As an Estate Services Contracts Manager at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Services team to manage and deliver high-quality estate services across our London portfolio, ensuring our neighbourhoods are clean, safe and well maintained. The role is based at our London Bridge head office, with regular travel required to estates across London.

Responsibilities

Manage estate services contracts, including cleaning, caretaking, and grounds maintenance
Monitor contractor performance, ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs
Lead and support on-site teams including caretakers and estate staff
Manage regional budgets and ensure value for money from service providers
Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver consistent service
Engage with residents to resolve issues and improve estate standards
Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 1 year contract management experience
Budget management and cost control experience
People management skills – including performance management and supervision
Strong stakeholder engagement skills – internal and external
Confident communicating with residents and resolving service issues
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
Experience working in social housing and/or implementing new contracts (desirable)
