Job Description
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same - whether you’re coordinating deliveries, assisting with on-site events, supporting office moves, or managing waste and courier logistics.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that mailroom, goods receiving, and porterage services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with service level agreements.
This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver mailroom, goods receiving, and porterage services to SLA and customer standards
Complete item movements around site as requested and within SLA
Assist with planning and organising goods and furniture moves
Support setup and logistics for site events
Process incoming and outgoing mail per site protocols
Manage courier requests using manual and online systems
Communicate effectively with colleagues and site users to ensure satisfaction
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in portering, stores, warehouse, or mailroom operations
Strong communication skills and highly motivated
Basic Health & Safety and risk assessment knowledge
Competent IT skills and willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing site needs
Proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented with attention to detail
