What skills and experience we're looking for
Operations Manager for a Maths Hub led by an outstanding school within a Multi Academy Trust based in St Helens is a niche role, we are therefore seeking applications from both the education and wider sectors with the following skills and/or experience:-
• Minimum - 5 GCSE’s Grade C/4 or above – essential
• Degree/Experience in Marketing/Business or Finance – desired
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised with a flexible approach to working remotely
• Travel to different venues and schools is an essential part of the role
• Warm and personable with high functioning soft skills
• Self confidence in representing the NW3 Maths Hub and The Three Saints Academy Trust
• Ability to learn new skills and IT packages to deliver operational excellence

This role is working for the The Three Saints Academy Trust but within our NW3 Maths Hub. It is a unique role working with a highly professional and experienced team - MHLM - our Maths Hub Management Team of 7. This team support a much larger collaborative group working across the sector in our geographic area of the North West.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled multi tasker with experience or qualifications in project management, finance and marketing.
No two weeks are the same and a customer focused approached to liaising and managing both small and large teams of people will be an essential element to a successful appointment.
Ability to engage and learn new software packages will be essential. Previous school experience is not essential for this role.
Being able to drive and have a car is essential for this role.
