This strategic HR role supports executive leaders and managers by driving performance, development, and engagement across global teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Advisory: Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals.

Performance & Development: Address underperformance and foster talent growth.

Manager Enablement: Equip managers to lead effectively and build high-performing teams.

Team Optimisation: Improve team dynamics and operational effectiveness.

Global Collaboration: Align with global HR practices and share best practices.

Employee Experience & DEI: Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.

Talent & Learning: Identify training needs and career development opportunities.

Escalation & Coordination: Handle complex people matters and coordinate HR interventions.

Workforce Planning & Change Management: Lead organisational design and change initiatives.

People Analytics: Use data to inform decisions and track trends.Employee

Relations & Compliance: Manage complex ER cases and ensure policy adherence.

Compensation Support: Assist with reward and bonus processes.

Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive, values-driven workplace culture.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a HR/People Partner, ideally in a global organisation

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices

Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including with Executive stakeholders

Skilled in performance management and leadership development

Experience working with global teams and navigating cultural differences

Passionate about employee experience, diversity, and inclusion

Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments

Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
