Summary

Description:
Design, develop, and execute test plans for Python-based systems and REST APIs.
Document and continually build out QA processes using automation frameworks.
Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution.
Collaborate with development and product teams to refine requirements and deliver quality releases.
Provide tier-2 technical support to customers, diagnose issues, and communicate resolutions promptly.
Maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences.
Contribute to continuous improvement of quality standards and support procedures.
Qualifications:
No Degree Required
Professional experience in QA for Python applications and web platforms.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, or similar).
Familiarity with API testing tools (such as Postman or Swagger).
Demonstrable troubleshooting and support experience in a customer-facing or internal capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Understanding of version control (preferably Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Analytical mindset and a detail-oriented approach.
