Summary

Opportunity Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Systems Support Assistant. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be confident using financial systems and Microsoft Excel, and capable of managing multiple tasks while effectively prioritising your workload. Previous experience in a user or colleague support function is essential, ideally within a finance environment, as you will play a key role in supporting users and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to internal users on finance systems related queries and issues.
  • Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of data reconciliations and user documentation.
  • Support the finance systems team with administrative tasks, UAT and ad hoc projects.
