Job Description

Based within the Operations and Development team, you'll work closely with hiring managers and the Resourcing Ops Manager to ensure new starters are welcomed effectively and offboarding is handled with care and compliance.

You'll manage assets, vehicles, and system access, keeping a close eye on costs and accuracy, while also maintaining onboarding trackers and reporting to the Transformation Director.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all onboarding activities for new starters, ensuring a smooth and professional welcome to the business
Deliver induction and welcome programmes, including system training (e.g. travel booking, expenses submission)
Arrange and manage provisioning of equipment, system access, tech (laptops/mobiles), and vehicles as required
Maintain and update key data and distribution lists, including new joiners, leavers, and internal changes
Oversee offboarding process: revoke system access, coordinate return of technology and fleet assets
Accurately manage onboarding/offboarding records and track equipment allocations
Serve as a point of contact for administrative onboarding queries from staff and managers

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally with a focus on onboarding or recruitment
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
Comfortable managing high volumes of tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of ISS systems and internal processes is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across departments and functions
Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Professional, proactive, and approachable with a strong customer service mindset
