Summary
Key Result Areas: Clinical Services: Provide expert occupational health advice and clinical services to employees, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Health Assessments: Conduct pre-employment health assessments, fitness for work evaluations, and health surveillance programs to monitor and promote employee health and well-being. Risk Management: Identify and assess workplace health risks, develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, and provide guidance on health and safety policies. Training and Education: Deliver training and educational sessions to staff on occupational health topics, promoting awareness and best practices in workplace health. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including HR, safety officers, and external agencies, to support the overall health and well-being of the workforce. Research and Development: Engage in research activities to advance the field of occupational medicine, contribute to publications, and participate in professional development opportunities. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
