Summary
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification: The CNS will undertake routine assessment of patients in the GIANT clinic alongside the nurse consultant, Lead CNS in GI late effects, clinical fellow and consultant, and arrange further tests as appropriate. The CNS will manage patients living with and beyond their cancer. Working with the established GIANT clinical team to provide support and advice to nursing, medical and allied health professionals. To provide support and advice to patients and their carers relating to their disease, their cancer treatments, and any procedures.
