Summary
Are you an experienced fire safety professional ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a dedicated Fire Door Supervisor to join our Fire Safety team and ensure compliance across a diverse property portfolio.
You will lead and support a team of Fire Door Operatives, oversee inspections, repairs, and installations, and contribute to policy, audits, and incident reviews.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
has strong, verifiable experience in building carpentry works, reflecting a high standard of professional skill.
excels in a dynamic, customer-centric repairs service, ensuring rapid and effective resolutions.
has essential, practical experience in managing or directly performing fire door installations and repairs, with full adherence to BM TRADA or other recognised industry standards.
demonstrates sound knowledge of the Building Maintenance Industry, contributing to operational excellence.
commands extensive knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation (including CDM and Asbestos awareness), ensuring complete compliance.
consistently identifies and resolves complex fire safety issues with well-engineered solutions.
offers proven experience in a similar, demanding role, effectively deploying their comprehensive skill set.
exhibits a strong capacity to work independently while being a collaborative team player, with the flexibility to meet service demands.
is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care at every touchpoint.
