Summary

Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator based in or near Woolwich, with a passion for supporting clinical teams and making a difference in the lives of people affected by substance misuse?

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Clinical Administrator to join our team and support the smooth and efficient delivery of our clinical prescribing service. This role is crucial in maintaining the day-to-day operations that ensure our clients receive timely, safe, and effective care.

You'll be responsible for tasks such as:

• managing clinical stock and prescription paperwork, coordinating with GPs and pharmacies, generating and voiding prescriptions, minute-taking where needed and assisting with audits to support quality and compliance.

Through joining Via, you will receive a warm welcome, peer support, training, regular supervision and the chance to thrive in a lively and innovative service.

The Service
Via Greenwich is a fully integrated substance misuse service, providing clinical and psychosocial interventions, operating from a main treatment hub in Woolwich. The team actively promotes recovery and works with individuals that are directly and indirectly affected by substance misuse, working with the local community to improve the health, wellbeing and functioning of Greenwich residents, irrespective of circumstance.

Via Greenwich Navigation team will aim to improve service integration across LB Greenwich. The navigation team will engage and connect with partners across the borough to create sustainable pathways. They will ensure wrap around support for complex service users including those in the Criminal Justice system.
