Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Major Programmes & Projects (MPP) team as we build modern Single Living Accommodation (SLA) for Armed Forces personnel.
The Single Living Accommodation (SLA) Programmatic Approach (PA) is implementing efficient processes for delivering new build accommodation through collaboration. It focuses on standardising design and commercial processes to establish a platform approach, aligned to Government and MOD strategies. It uses offsite manufacture to create high quality, sustainable accommodation across the Estate that enhances the lived experience of our service personnel.
Having mobilised our Alliance in Q42024, we are now seeking an individual to support the Programme as it develops the Common Design to incorporate efficiencies and drive down costs of construction.
You will be actively involved in stakeholder engagement and have a working knowledge of building design & construction possibly, but not exclusively, from from working on infrastructure projects.
Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.
Please note, candidates will be redirected to the Civil Service Jobs website where you will need to submit your application form. Please note the closing date above is incorrect and cannot be amended so please check the closing date on Civil Service Jobs and allow enough time to submit your application form.
