Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our highly successful SEND Team. This role is suited to candidates who have an interest and commitment in learning how to support young people on their journey through high school, as well as those who have experience of working in a school setting. The successful candidates must be able to relate to and engage constructively with young people, show initiative and display strong communication skills. Alongside this they will show an understanding of the additional needs teenagers with SEND can face and a willingness to learn how to effectively support young people socially, emotionally and in their learning.
